PURPOSE:To execute a high speed and high density operation of trains by providing a close interval in which a rail circuit is divided at each distance, and so speed-controlling as to stop immediately before the closing in which a preceding train exists. CONSTITUTION:A data memory 4 previously stores section distance data and signal developing data 15 of the entire closing where a train travels on a vehicle. A deceleration complete point calculator 5 measures the traveling distance of the train. A speed control calculator 6 calculates a deceleration complete distance 16 and a signal present speed difference 17 up to the deceleration complete point immediately before next closing of next closing where the train enters from the present change point by using previously stored data and the traveling distance when the train enters next closing and the lower change of the allowable speed signal 12 is detected, and controls the speed of the train based on the distance 16 and the difference 17. Thus, a high speed and high density drive of the trains can be executed. |
