The electric insulating paper is produced by agitating 74% natural pulp, 20% mica powder and 6% insulating resin in the agitator, making a roll-type insulating paper in the papermaking machine, and rapidly hot press folding the insulating paper onto both sides of the polyester film at 250 deg. C in the folder. The electric insulating paper has a good moisture and heat resistance, and is used for electric and electronic articles.
