At least the two cover layers (3,4) commonly represent a flexible conductor plate (5). The material of the conductor plate enclose completely electrical conductor tracks (10) in the sealing areas. The conductor tracks are provided with connecting conduits (6), which are fed with connecting surfaces (8,9) out of the conductor plate.
