Clarinet mouthpiece with outer cone and inner passage

The axis (34) of the inner passage (20) slopes (36) in relation to the outer cone so that it includes a larger angle with the reed-rest (28). The flat part for the outer cone for the reed-rest is elongated and rectangular. The axes of the outer cone and of the inner passage clamp the lengthwise centre plane of the flat part. The mouthpiece has an externally cylindrical pin on the same axis as the outer cone, for inserting into the clarinet pipe. The inner passage passes through the pin at a tilt to the direction in which it is inserted.
