<p>Diphosphate or triphosphate analogue conjugates with antigenic enzymes or carriers and immunological assay using such conjugates. In these conjugates, the disphosphate or triphosphate analogue is based on formula (I) in which n is equal to 0 or 1, X?1 and X2¿ which can be CH¿2?, CHF, CF2, CC12, CHC1 or NR?6, R1, R2, R3 and R4¿ are a hydrogen atom, NH¿4?+, a quaternary ammonium ion or M+1/v, and R5 is a nucleoside-derived group, linked to the antigenic enzyme or carrier, either by the nucleoside-derived R5 group, or by one of R?1, R2, R3 or R4¿. Such conjugated compounds are useful for assaying anti-viral phosphorylated metabolites of antiviral agents such as AZT.</p> |
