Spinning machine drawing unit

The drawing unit, for a spinning machine, has a cleaning roller (12) at the carrier and loading arm (10) for the upper rollers, to lie with its own weight against the upper roller. The position of the cleaning roller (12) is set by a swing arm (19) fitted to one side of the upper roller arm (10). Pref. the cleaning roller (12) can be withdrawn axially from its mounting on the swing arm (19). The swing arm (19) is fitted to the upper roller arm (10) by a mounting pin (21) inserted into an opening (23) in the upper roller arm (10). The free end of the pin can be fitted with a holding clip head, or its end has a latch tongue (22) projecting to one side which, when not operating, can be inserted into and withdrawn from the arm opening (23) for mounting and dismantling in a bayonet action.
