High=pressure water jet cutter

摘要

The basin has a base (5) set horizontally beneath the water jet which has sides (3) running between which in X and Y axes are deflector channels (25,29). Each channel has two faces which (31) are set at 90 deg. and have a peak facing upwards. Tubes (11a,11b,11c) of varying lengths through which fresh water can flow are fitted beneath every other channel of one direction axis. The cutter jet contg. debris and swarf is slowed by the perpendicular channels whereupon it flows to the bottom. Its removal is assisted by the fresh water flow exiting the pipes.
