The mechanical connections through the pipe construction (11) and the base portion (12) comprise smooth-walled bolts (13) to ensure an axial and peripheral connection. A sealing ring (15) is positioned between the base portion and an annular intermediate piece (16) which forms the contact surface of the seal joined radially to the base portion. The contact surface of the seal can follow any possible deformations in the base portion in a radial direction, and holds the seal in its compressed state. The contact surface has an annular protruding part (16a) extending into a matching annular container (12d) in the base portion, thereby forming a join. The attachment (14) holding the bolts in a radial direction consist of screws.
