METHOD FOR FILLING BATHTUB WITH HOT WATER

Hot water is supplied to a level above a hot water port (21) in a bathtub (2). After completion of feeding water, the present water level (H0) is stored as a reference level and then hot water in specified quantity (V1) is fed into the bathtub, following which a bathtub reference sectional area is obtained from water level rise (h20) and the quantity (V1) and the area is stored and the differences between present level (h20) and set level (hS) is multiplied by the area to obtain hot water quantity (V2) to feed hot water in the quantity (V2) into the bathtub. Thereafter increasing rate of bathtub sectional area per unit level rise of bathtub is obtained from the quantity (V2) and the product of the area and level rise (HX-H20) to store it. And a hot water quantity (V3) required to increase the level from the present level HX to the set level hS is obtained from the present level HX, set level hS, bathtub reference sectional area, and increasing rate of bathtub sectional area to feed said quantity (V3) to the bathtub (2).
