There is a seal between the applicator element (3) and the press-fit which is between the cover-cap (10) and outer surface (4) of the front part. This is connected with the ambient air by at least one opening (14) on the end facing away from the front part. The seal is formed by an end surface (18) resting on an elastically deformable ring element (6). The end surface is formed by an annular surface in the cover cap. A stop piece (8), between the press fit and the seal, restricts the depth by which the front part fits into the cover cap.
