The vertical boiler prevents the heat waste and promotes the diffusion of the flame or combustion by supplying air or pure oxygen to the burner near the bottom of the boiler. The boiler including the burner, water boiling chamber, flame chamber, heat exchanging tube, water preheating chamber, exhaust gas collecting chamber, comprises the water preheating chamber(2) for covering the flame chamber(1) isolated from the bottom of the boiler with a certain distance; a single water tank combined with the water preheating chamber(2) and water boiling chamber(10); exhaust gas collecting chamber(9) mounted at the upper side of the boiling chamber; a plurality of fume pipes(4) paralyzedly elongated from the outer wall of the boiler.
