The vehicle can revolve itself by 360 degree, reduce the revolving radius, and improve stability by installing middle wheels symmetrically arranged left and right in the middle of the vehicle body, and front/rear wheel positioned at the front./rear part in the middle of the body width. The vehicle comprises the left and right middle wheels(2) symmetrically positioned and independently rotatable; a front wheel support frame(3) hinged at the front position of a main frame(1); a rear wheel support frame(4) hinged at the rear position of the main frame(1); the front/rear wheel(7,8) installed in the support frames(3,4), having functions of steering and driving.
