A container has a closure assembly (10) with an apertured wall (12,24) and an obstructor member (50) mounted to the wall so as to be movable (e.g. by rotation) from an open configuration to a closed configuration in which it obstructs the aperture (24). It may then be moved (e.g. axially) towards the aperture to a sealing configuration in which a sealing gasket (64) seals around the aperture. $$
