The shift fork in the manually operated transmission gear lowers the friction resistance with a sleeve so that it may reduce the wear of both ends and minimize the power loss. It comprises a body(11); a boss(12) formed in the center of the body(11) and protruded from the center; an oil passage hole(13) formed on both ends of the body(11). The gear oil filled up in the transmission gear passes through the hole(13) and gets supplied for the contact between the shift fork and the groove(5) of the sleeve(4).
