<p>PURPOSE: To directly operate the schedule information of calendar such as the performance of moving the information of calendar by combining an icon with a calendar and automatically positioning the combination. CONSTITUTION: Icons 32 to 38 express the independent scheduled jobs of the calendar and are displayed by a scheduled job description 40 and a starting/ finishing time 42 to form the combination of a calendar scheduled jobs. The description 40 and the time 42 can directly be edited and by alternatively selecting the icons 32 to 38, a window is opened to input additional information. The scheduled job to be gathered is adapted by shifting an icon or superposing it to operate an order to display. Also the scheduled jobs without meeting such as notes 44 and 46 are combined and composed by direct operation. Further, the calendar 30 is provided with a vertical scroll bar 48 in a scheduled job area 43 so as to recognize scheduled jobs over an area which can be displayed by one screen.</p> |
