<p>PURPOSE:To assure anti-rim-shifting and drastically improved bead separation by disposing an inner reinforcement layer having an end in the inside portion of the tire located at a level equal to or lower than the folded end of carcass and the other end in the outside portion of the tire located higher than the folded end. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a carcass 1 and an inner reinforcement layer 3 including at least a layer of rubber coated organic cord and extending a long the ply of the carcass 1 from the inside portion of the tire through the space between a bead core 2 and the ply and folded along with the ply to extend in the outside portion of the tire. The end in the inside portion of the tire is located at a level equal to or lower than the folded end of the carcass ply and the end in the outside portion of the tire is slightly higher than the folded end of the carcass ply. At least a layer of the inner reinforcement layer is composed of a metal cord having the ends in the side and outside portions of the tire located lower than respective ends of the other layers of the inner reinforcement layer.</p> |
