1-Azabicyclo¬3.3.0 octan derivative, salt thereof, process for the preparation of same and use thereof

There are disclosed a 1-azabicycloÄ3.3.0Üoctan derivative of the formula wherein n is an integer of 1 - 5; and Ar is an aromatic residue, a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the compound, a process for the preparation of the compound and salt as well as use thereof. The derivatives and salts can be easily synthesized from compounds easily available in the market. Those show powerful agonisting action to 5-HT4 receptor and has very low side-effect to central nerve system.
