The apparatus detects the rotational number, angle and position of a crankshaft so that it may determine the time of the fuel injection and the ignition. The apparatus comprises the driving plate(10) transmitted by a rotational force of the crankshaft(1); a crankshaft position sensor wheel(8) coupled and simultaneously rotated with the driving plate(10); a sensor(12) fixed to a housing of a torque converter(11) for sensing the rotational number of the crankshaft position sensor wheel(8).
