PURPOSE:To produce a buffer material used in packing by continuously forming a hollow body part without forcibly injecting gas into a flat sheet like bag. CONSTITUTION:At first, a flat sheet like bag 1 is sucked by the vacuum suction force of vacuum suction means 3, 5 to separate the upper and rear surfaces of the bag 1 and a perforation part is thrust in the bag 1 in this state to form a gas injection part to naturally inject air into the bag 1. Subsequently, the vacuum suction means 3, 5 are allowed to be spaced apart from each other to further expand the bag 1 and horizontal and vertical sealers 4, 6 are brought into contact with one place of the expanded bag 1 under heating and pressure to form linear welded parts in horizontal and vertical directions with respect to a flat sheet like bag transfer direction to form a hollow body part between the welded parts. |
