PURPOSE:To improve the bursting strength of an air bag so as to provide the air bag with high safety by providing woven fabric for the air bag with excellent slip-off resistance, and preventing the texture deformation of the sewn part of the air bag caused by stress concentration. CONSTITUTION:In this woven fabric for an air bag, the cover factors of warp and weft are both 900-1,400, the adhesion quantity of residual oil on the surface of the woven fabric is 0.001-0.1wt.%, and slip-off resistance by a pin hooking method is 20-100kg/5cm in both warp and weft.
