PURPOSE:To prevent peeling of a dense sintered compact, such as interconnector, and a thermally sprayed film, and further, to improve the tightness between both by improving the adhesion property of both at the time of forming the thermally sprayed film on the dense sintered compact. CONSTITUTION:A porous film 5 having open pores of a shape which is small in the opening part and expands internally on its surface side is formed on the dense sintered compact 1 having a relative density of >=94%. The thermally sprayed film 8 is then formed by a thermal spraying method on the porous film 5. The porous film 5 is preferably formed by applying paste contg. raw material powder for the porous film, a dispersion medium and a pore forming material on the dense sintered compact 1 and baking the coating layer. The thermally sprayed film 8 is made airtight by subjecting the thermally sprayed film 8 to a heat treatment after forming the thermally sprayed film 8. |
