PURPOSE:To prevent control hunting securely based on proper determination of a split mu road in a right/left wheel and front/rear wheel driving force distribution comprephensive control device to be applied to a vehicle in which a right/- left wheel driving force distribution control system and a front/rear wheel driving force distribution control system are mounted. CONSTITUTION:A device is provided with a split 4 road determination means (h) to determine a split mu road having different road surface friction coefficients on the right and left in determination of execution of differential limit control system (a), and in the case where a deviation between a clutch tightening driving wheel speed and a car body speed exceeds a set deviation, and a front/rear wheel driving force distribution control means (i) to conduct front/rear driving force distribution control by a fixed value of a driving force distribution command value outputted on the side of a front/rear driving force distribution control system (b) when the split mu road is determined to which a specified value is added.
