<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a slide of a clutch, and enable accurate synchronous control by controlling engagement of the clutch by estimating engine rotating speed from throttle opening when abnormality of clutch output rotating speed is detected. CONSTITUTION:When a shift range is put in a travel possible position, it is judged that an accelerator is turned on by a signal from an accelerator ON-OFF condition detector 14, and when abnormality is detected by a rotating speed detecting sensor 12 of a drive pulley 4, synchronous time engine rotating speed is estimated as a function of throttle opening outputted from a throttle opening detecting sensor 15. This estimate is compared with actual engine rotating speed from an engine rotation sensor 11, and when the actual rotating speed is not less than the estimate, it is judged that the rotating speed is put in a synchronous condition, and a clutch 3 is directly coupled. On the other hand, when the actual rotating speed is not more than or equal to the estimate, a control current is supplied to a solenoid valve SOL3 as a function of the throttle opening and the engine rotating speed, and control pressure of a clutch 3 is adjusted, and transmission torque is controlled.</p> |
