<p>PURPOSE:To effectively remove the initial turbidity of a circulating bath and to continuously purify hot bath water over a long time by providing the flow velocity lowering part of pumped-out hot bath water and arranging an attraction material to which zeta potential is applied to the flow velocity lowering part. CONSTITUTION:An attraction/culture medium element 18 formed by winding an attraction material 17 which is obtained by applying pleating processing to a zeta potential applying sheet around an unperforated cylindrical bobbin 16 is fixed under a perforated plate 14 so as to form a gap (flow velocity lowering part) 21 with respect to a housing 13. The hot bath water passed through a porous particle bed 15 is ready to flow to the outside of the attraction/culture medium element 18 but, since there is no passage in the flow velocity lowering part (semi-stagnation part) 21, the hot bath water is gently replaced while generates a convection to be passed through the bobbin 16 from a flow rate regulation valve 22 and discharged. In the replacing process, fine particles and bacteria weakened in dynamic energy are attracted and removed by the attraction material 17 to which zeta potrential is applied.</p> |
