<p>PURPOSE:To accurately form a latent image having high image quality on a photosensitive member by irradiating a photosensitive member surface with a light irradiated from a light emitting diode element via a lens or to generate an accurate electric signal corresponding to external image information from a solid state imaging element array by accurately focusing external image information on the imaging element array via the lens. CONSTITUTION:An image apparatus comprises a lens plate 3a on which a plurality of lenses 3a are linearly arranged to be supported at a predetermined interval and a base plate 1 in which many image element arrays 2 are linearly arranged and mounted so that the lenses 3a and the arrays 2 are so fixed as to correspond one by one, wherein the thermal expansion coefficients of the plates 2 and 3a are set to 2X10<-6>/ deg.C or less and the thermal diffusivity of the plate 3a is set to 0.1X 10<-6>m<2>/sec-1.0X10-6m<2>/sec.</p> |
