YEAST AGGLUTINATION GENE FL08

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide FL08 protein which has a specific amino acid sequence and can give yeast agglutination properties. CONSTITUTION:This FL08 protein substantially has an amino acid sequence given in the formula. A vector including an FL08 gene DNA containing the base sequence coding the FL08 protein is introduced to give a yeast to which agglutination properties is given or in which it is enhanced. Further, it is possible to obtain a yeast whose agglutination properties are reduced or lost by introducing the DNA whose capability of expressing the FL08 protein is reduced or removed by breaking the DNA fragment corresponding of the FL08 gene.
