PURPOSE:To surely prevent burglary even when a shape is not changed and a user does not input a password number. CONSTITUTION:P1 and P2 are connected in the intersections of empty X signal conductors and Y signal conductors, in which there is no key switch K1-K11, in a detachable type key console panel 1, and discrimination information is stored previously. When the console panel 1 is mounted on a main body device 10 and the scanning of the X signal conductors is started, scanning signals applied to X1 appear in Y3, and scanning signals applied to X2 appear in Y1. Since X data displaying the places of scanning signals applied to X signal conductors and key data D displaying the places of scanning signals appearing in the Y signal conductors are outputted from a register section 15, a decision section 18 compares key data D0-D3 at a time when X0-X3 are scanned with the registered codes C0-C3 of a memory 17, and a coincidence signal is output when all of the key data and the registered codes coincide. A controller 27 makes key operation in a key matrix 2 effective so far as the coincidence signal is inputted from the decision section 18, and conducts specified control operation corresponding to key operation. |
