POLYOLEFIN NONWOVEN FABRIC

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a polyolefin nonwoven fabric excellent in filtering performance because of having many fine holes and having a high tensile strength. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin resin is blended with a high-boiling point solvent or a plasticizer compatible with the resin under a high temperature and the resultant gel-like material is spun by a blow method and the product is accumulated to form a nonwoven fabric and then, the high boiling point solvent or the plasticizer is removed from the nonwoven fabric to produce the objective polyolefin nonwoven fabric having fine multi-porous structure and <=50mum average diameter.
