PURPOSE:To provide the subject sorter designed to efficiently remove small fishes as impurities from dried small sardines without causing cloggings at the sorting net and to suppress giving scratch injuries on the dried small sardines to a minimum during the impurities-removing operation. CONSTITUTION:This sorter is made up of a rigid sorting net 12 made of rigid steel wires set up slantly, a vibratory means to gradually apply vibrations rectangularly to the plane of the net, and a sorting conveyer to feed fishes to be sorted onto the sorting net 12. And, where needed, a conveyer belt set up slantly is made up with the sorting net 12 and a device to support this sorting net 12 under tension, and below this supporting device, a vibratory means to gradually apply vibrations rectangularly to the plane of the sorting net 12. Specifically, the sorting net 12 is furnished with a tensioning means between both ends thereof. |
