PURPOSE:To perform with high accuracy management of freshness, selling direction and loss of each perishable food in a manufacturing place and a selling place wherein perishable foods with different manufacturing times and tasting periods or a number of kinds of the perishable foods are mixed. CONSTITUTION:A method for controlling wherein under a condition where each perishable food 22 is stored in a storing means 21, this storing means 21 is carried by a carrying means 23 and each information at the preparing time of the perishable food 22 is written on a data holding means provided on the storing means 21 and the stored information on the data holding means is read by a reading means and the condition of the perishable food 22 is controlled from read information by this reading means, is provided. |
