PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain the subject powder having excellent digestibility and absorbability by simple operation efficiently from readily obtainable inexpensive raw materials by emulsifying an aqueous solution of a calcium salt to a mixed solution of an aqueous solution of sodium caseinate and an oily solution and drying. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution of a calcium salt is emulsified into a mixed solution of an aqueous solution containing sodium caseinate and preferably lactalbumin and an oily solution and dried to efficiently give the objective powder having excellent digestibility and absorbability by simple operation. |
