<p>PURPOSE:To easily separate the materials to be heated which are stuck by heating, by arranging a bending part at the outlet side of a heating coil, at the time of heating many materials to be heated to a prescribed temp. while passing through the inside of the heating coil. CONSTITUTION:Rotating force of a driving motor 16 is transmitted to an inlet side wheel 13 through a sprocket wheel 17, a roller chain 18 and a sprocket wheel 15 to drive a conveyor 12 in the direction of arrow mark rotationally supported with the inlet side wheel 13 and an outlet side wheel 14. Many materials 1 to be heated are continuously laid on this conveyor 12 and carried and heated to the prescribed temp. by an electromagnetic induction while passing through the inside of a heating coil 11. At this time, a projecting table 21 forming the bending part is arranged in the conveyor 12 at the outlet side of the heating coil 11 so as to separate the stuck materials 1 to be heated. By this method, the materials 1 to be heated stuck by heating, can easily be separated.</p> |
