PURPOSE:To mold beautiful and smart lady pumps by making a catch stitching of lower circumference edge of the heel part of a carapace before stitching the carapace together with a middle sole so as to prevent curvature of a carapace. CONSTITUTION:Cloths in which a synthetic leather face cloth 11 is also used as a lining 12 and a urethane foam 13 of 3mm thickness is inserted between the face cloth and the lining, are used as a raw material of a carapace 1. The urethane foam 13 is crushed by making a catch stitching of about 70mm in right and left directions from the center of the heel in a part to be made lower circumference edge 3 of a heel part 2 by means of #30 vinylon thread with a stitch amplitude of 2mm and a stitch of 12/3cm, after the cloths are out into a developed shape of the carapace 1. A counter 14 is then inserted into the heel part 2 of the carapace 1 and the heel part is pressed and kept in shape by a counter dresser, and also a heel slide 15 made of a synthetic leather cloth is stick-attached thereto as well. Thereafter, the heel part is stitched with a middle sole 8 after a heel ornament is made stuck to an opening for putting on shoes by means of an adhesive. Urethane foam is injected into a space which is generated from a set of a side model and a sole model combined together after the carapace 1 is hung on a shoe model, and an outer sole 6 is molded thereto, thus a pair of lady pumps of california type are obtained. |
