PURPOSE:To efficiently realize the execution of clear deep drawing. CONSTITUTION:At the peripheral frame part of one between a pair of a male and a female molds 1 and 2 detachably opposing to each other, a retractable set frame body 7, which projects ordinarily beyond the molding surface of one mold 1 and retracts with the approach of the other mold 2, is arranged so as to pinch the peripheral edge of skin material 10 set between both the molds 1 and 2 between the tip of the set frame body 7 and the other mold 2 in order to form an enclosed chamber surrounded by the molding surface of the one mold 1, the set frame body 7 and the skin material 10 between both the molds 1 and 2. Under the condition that the skin material 10 is thermally softened and sucked to the molding surface and mold clamping is performed by retracting the set frame body 7, expandable synthetic resin bead material is fed in a cavity part and then thermally expanded by vapour. |
