<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device improving jam processability in a paper feed part. CONSTITUTION:A device comprises a sheet cassette 2 for loading a stored, paired conveying rollers 5, 6 touchable/separable for conveying the sheet P fed from the sheet cassette 2, paired register rollers 8 interrupteclly driven to convey the sheet P by. the prescribed timing conveyed by the paired conveying rollers 5, 6 and an image forming means of transfer drum 12, photosensitive drum 13, etc., for forming an image in accordance with image information in the sheet P conveyed by the paired register rollers 8. In the case of detecting a paper jam in arm arbitrary part in a device main unit, first driving the paired register rollers 8 is stopped, and next after a sheet rear end passes through a nip part of the paired conveying rollers 5, 6, driving the paired conveying rollers 5, 6 is stopped.</p> |
