PURPOSE:To form a precise and complicated recessed section at a low cost by a method wherein the excimer laser processing is applied on both of a projection section and a plane section in an original ink ejection nozzle section to form a plurality of cylindrical recessed sections having constant depths from a face thereof. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 5a provided on a mask 5 is projected on both of a plane 1a of a blank 1 of an ink chamber body and an inclined plane 1b through an imaging lens 6 by a laser light. Thereby, recessed section 101 having a shape of the reduced mask pattern 5a and a prescribed depth is processed. A processing table on which the blank 1 of the ink chamber body is placed is moved to a direction X by a pitch P and the same processing is repeated so that a plurality of recessed sections 101 are formed. As a different way, it is possible to concurrently form the plurality of recessed sections 101 by providing a plurality of mask patterns 5a on the mask 5. An ink supply hole 101d penetrating a bottom section of the blank 1 of the ink chamber body is formed by the excimer laser processing using a different mask. |
