PURPOSE:To enable an increase in a quantity of transfer and shearing action of resin into an appropriate size, by a method wherein a gap between a heating cylinder and a subflight is made into such that the more the gap goes to the tip from a base, the smaller the gap becomes. CONSTITUTION:A screw 1 is divided into a supply part FZ, compression part CZ and measuring part MZ and provided with a subflight 5 which is ramified from a main flight 3 of a boundary part between the supply part FZ and compression part CZ and united again with the confronting main flight 3 on the midway position of the measuring part MZ. A groove is divided into a resin material supply screw groove, a semimelting plasticization screw groove and a melting plasticization discharge side screw groove. Hereby, a gap beta between the main flight 3 and a heating cylinder 6 is constant from a base part (hopper 14 side) toward the tip (nozzle 16 side). However, the gap between the heating cylinder 6 and the subflight 5 is made so that the more the gap goes toward the tip from a base part, the smaller the gap becomes like alpha3 alpha2 alpha1. |
