PURPOSE:To obtain an ink jet recording sheet for a label suppressed in the bleeding of ink generated by the penetration of a self-adhesive into an ink receiving layer, not generating the lowering of sharpness and hue properties and good in curling properties. CONSTITUTION:In the ink jet recording sheet wherein an ink receiving layer 1 is provided on the single surface of a support based on wood pulp and a self-adhesive layer 4 is provided on the other surface thereof, a barrier layer 2 consisting of a radiation curable resin and a radiation curable leveling agent is provided to either one of or both of the part between the support 3 and the ink receiving layer 1 and the part between the support 3 and the self-adhesive layer 4. By this constitution, even when the self-adhesive layer is provided, by the function of the radiation curable resin and the radiation curable leveling agent, an ink dot is not enlarged and the ink receiving layer reduced in the number of pinholes is obtained and good ink jet recording is imparted. |
