PURPOSE:To enable ready control of the temperature of SUSHI (Vinegared rice with fish and vegetables) rice while preventing occurrence of environmental- pollution or generation of a strong smell due to an acid contained in vinegar by using a mixer for foodstuffs. CONSTITUTION:This mixer for foodstuff involves a rotary tank 5 capable of freely rotating and having an agitation bar unit 35 built-in and a blast hole 28 and an exhaust hole 29 are formed in the direction of the rotational shaft. The blast hole 28 is communicated through a blast pipe 34 to a blower 10 connected to a radiator 11 so as to send cold air into the rotary tank 5. The exhaust hole 29 is communicated to the duct 6 and the duct 6 is equipped with a built-in shower pipe 14 branched from the exhaust pipe 13 of the radiator 11. This mixer is designed so as to wash out a vinegar-containing acid in the exhausted air discharged from the rotary tank 5 through the exhaust hole 29 to the duct 6 by the shower and prevent exhaustion of the acid to the outside. |
