PURPOSE:To obtain the subject stock with the palate of, YAMAME (a kind of trout) in its dried powdery state, thus preservable for a long period. CONSTITUTION:YAMAME (a kind of trout) is broiled with salt and then made into powder with a mixer, and the powder is put into a frying pan, being heated and dried, and then packed at an appropriate amount in tea bags. Thus, the preservation of the resultant stock for a long period is ensured. |
