发明名称 DNA FRAGMENT CONTAINING GENE CODING MOUSE INTERLEUIKIN-2, RECOMBINANT VECTOR HAVING THE SAME, AND TRANSFORMANT HOLDING THE VECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a DNA fragment which codes a polypeptide including a specific amino acid sequence, thus is useful to produce a polypeptide having mouse interleukin-2 activity. CONSTITUTION:This DNA fragment codes a polypeptide which has mouse interleukin-2 (MIL-2) activity and contains the amino acid sequence given in the formula. The polypeptide is obtained by culturing a procaryote or eucaryote transformed with a recombined vector into which the DNA fragment coding the polypeptide is introduced under such conditions that the polypeptide is expressed. The DNA fragment including the gene coding MIL-2 is given by separating mRNA from the cells originating from mouse lymphocytes capable of producing MIL-2 and producing the cDNA using the mRNA as a template.
