PURPOSE:To provide a method for molding a racket, in which a setting in a mold is easy, the molding can be performed shortly, and occurrence of the void is prevented, thereby improving the appearance of the racket. CONSTITUTION:A laminated tube 5 is fit in mold grooves 11 and 21 having a racket shape carved in molds 10, 20, and 22 and the molds are clamped and the mold grooves are air-tightly closed. The hollow in the laminated tube is preliminary pressured from a position corresponding to an end part of a shaft section of the mold channel and is inflated. The outer periphery of the laminated tube 5 is flexibly deformed along the shapes of the mold grooves 11 and 21. In such a state, while a gap between the laminated tube 5 and the mold grooves 11, 12 is vacuum sucked from one end of the mold grooves, a liquid resin is supplied from another end of the mold grooves 11 and 21 to impregnate a reinforcing fiber 4 with the liquid resin, and the mold is heated. While the vacuum and heating state is kept, the molding pressure is further applied to the hollow and curing is performed. |
