<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate waste of paper and time so as to realize efficient work by preventing a bad influence of tilting an image with respect to paper, protruding, generating a jam, etc., caused by feeding paper, whose skew can not be sufficiently corrected, to arm image forming part. CONSTITUTION:A skew detecting sensor 104 is provided in the downstream of a register roller 103, and in the case of detecting a skew of prescribed value or more of paper by this skew detecting sensor 104, the paper is reversely fed till its point end is returned to the upstream from the register roller 103, to perform again correcting the skew. A maximum number of trial times of skew correction is set. Further, the maximum number of trial times of skew correction can be arbitrarily set.</p> |
