PURPOSE:To develop a city having a somewhat tasteful environment by forming an afforested part on the pavement surface of a road, an open space, a parking zone, etc., and using the afforested part as a marker, a division line or a decorative material. CONSTITUTION:Frame members 3 having a thickness almost the same as that of the pavement surface layer 1 are arranged at prescribed positions on the leveled ground surface 2 so as to form a prescribed shape. Asphalt, mortar, concrete, crushed stones, a binder, etc., are laid in the surroundings of the frame members 3 and cured to pave the part and the frame members 3 are subsequently removed. Depression parts for planting and/or grooves for planting are formed on the pavement surface thereby according to the shape of the frame members and the foundation material composed of soil, fertilizers and seeds is filled in the depression parts for planting and/or the grooves for planting. Lawns or suitable plants are planted on the surface of the filled foundation material, thus carrying out this method for planting on the pavement surface. The objective pavement surface structure involves afforested parts formed by this planting method. |
