<p>PURPOSE:To prevent ampoules, etc., from being broken due to an external impact, etc., by a method wherein the bottom part and head part of an ampule, etc., are pinched by a bottom cushioning part and top cushioning part with elasticity, and at the same time, a constitution to hold a body part is provided. CONSTITUTION:A rear plate 2, right plate 3, front plate 4, left plate 5 and fixing plate 6 are connected in the same lateral direction, to the top and bottom ends of the rear plate 2. Then, top and bottom lids 10, 11 on which insertion pieces 8, 9 are respectively provided on the external ends are connected. Also, to the upper end of the right plate 3, an upper cushioning plate 12, to which a supporting plate 25 being equipped with a right upper internal lid 23, connecting plate 24 and insertion hole, and a gluing piece 26 are connected, is provided. At the same time, to the lower ends of the right plate 3 and left plate 5, lower cushioning plates 13, 15, to which bottom plates 30, 30', fastening plates 31, 31', top plates 32, 32' and fixing plates 33, 33' are connected, are provided. In addition, to the external end of the fixing plate 6, a holding plate 7, to which a rear side plate 16, right side plate 17, front side plate 18 being equipped with a holding piece 22, left side plate 19, gluing plate 20 are connected in order, is provided.
