POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR BIAXIALLY ORIENTATED FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To simultaneously improve transparency and scratching resistance of a biaxially orientated film by adding a small amount of a prescribed hydrocarbon polymer to a polypropylene resin mixed with an organic polymer fine particles as an anti-blocking agent. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. of a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer of propylene and another alpha-olefin is blended with 0.005-0.5 pts.wt. of an anti- blocking agent composed of an organic polymer fine particles having >=0.5mu and <=5mu average particle diameter and 0.01-2 pts.wt. of a hydrocarbon polymer containing at least one hydroxyl group and comprising a saturated or a partially saturated main chain to give the objective polypropylene resin composition for a biaxially orientated film.
