PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber reinforced resin molding reduced in the cutting of a reinforcing fiber, easy to impart conductivity and possible to impart air permeability by molding a dispersed mixture of a reinforcing-fiber and a thermoplastic resin powder in a hermetically closed cavity space. CONSTITUTION:In such a state that a thermoplastic resin powder and a reinforcing fiber are dispersed and mixed in a hermetically closed cavity space wherein the cavity clearance of a pair of female and male molds is larger than the thickness of a final product, the molds are closed until the cavity clearance becomes the thickness of the final product to perform molding and shaping. The thermoplastic resin powder and the reinforcing fiber are dispersed and mixed in the hermetically closed cavity space by closing the molds until the cavity space 5 becomes a hermetically closed state and supplying high speed air 7 into the cavity space from an air supply passage to disperse and mix both of them.
