The car washing water is collected in a tank(11) and floating oil and other impurities are removed. The treated water is sterilized in an ozonator(101), and the sterilized water is filtrated by a Z filter. A surface of the Z filter is coated with mixed water containing 30 g of silicone and 1 ton of water by pressure. The contaminated Z filter is washed by an air pressure using compressor.
