CULTIVATION OF MUSHROOMS

The poria cocos is cultured by 1) putting 80-90 wt% sawdust, 10-20 wt% ricebran and a few pieces of pine tree into the seed bottle and sterilizing it at 85-90 deg. C for 5-6 hrs. or at 121 deg. C for 90 min., 2) innoculating the poria cocos(mushroom) into the sterilized medium and culturing at 25-30 deg. C for 30-50 days to obtain the mushroom seed, 3) inserting the mushroom seed in the bottle into the pine tree inserted into groove of cut wood, and 4) burying it under soil and culturing.
