The preparation method of cofactors (I) using brewery waste (II) of alcohol fermentation consists of (1) mixing (II) and steamed wheat bran as 1:1-5 ratio, (2) inoculating fungi (III) into the (1), (3) cultivating (III) at 30-35 deg. C for 40-50 hours, (4) drying it to below 10% moisture content. (III) is one of Aspergillus usamii, Asp. niger, Asp. oryzae, Rhizopus delemar or R. javanicus. (I) is useful for additives of alcohol fermentation.
